All rates exclude VAT at 17.5%
On-Site
CTS have a standard callout
charge of £75 + vat. This includes the first hour of the
engineers time - 99% of all repairs are completed within this
first hour.
In the unlikely event of more
time spent we then charge (after the first hour) an hourly
rate of £30 + vat.
Response time is normally next
day - quicker by arrangement.
Workshops
For equipment delivered to us our hourly rate is
£30 + vat with a one hour minimum. Once we have established what the problem is
we will always ring with costs to gain authorisation before proceeding.
Customers with quantity please contact us direct as
we can always arrange delivery and collection often at no further
cost.
Arrangements can also be made for those customers
unable to deliver their equipment to the workshops. Please call or email for
further information.
Workshop repairs are normally
completed within 48 hours.
