What We Offer
CTS offer a workshop service only. This brings many advantages over and above the on-site service.
We can test each computer more thoroughly during and after every repair. Where as an on-site engineer is usually “in and out” of your home within a set time frame and could potentially miss something.
If you have valuable data, photos, etc, do not trust someone coming to your house, they will not normally have the time to do an efficient job. Where as we have built our workshop procedures around this type of repair requirement.
We are one of the very few companies that repair laptops to component level not just board replacement. This cannot be achieved by an on-site engineer"
Customers with quantity please contact us direct as we can always arrange delivery and collection often at no further cost.
Arrangements can also be made for those customers unable to deliver their equipment to the workshops. Please call or email for further information.
Workshop repairs normally are completed within 5 working days (quicker by arrangement).
Whats The Cost?
Our workshop hourly rate is £40 + vat with a one hour minimum. Once we have established what the problem is we will always ring with costs to gain authorisation before proceeding.
