computer or printer / laser on your premises(For
laptops see main page), removing the pain and cost of packaging
and shipment. This on-site service covers the south-east of the
UK. All other areas in the UK may benefit from our workshop repairs.
If our workshop repair is the favoured option we will
collect your unit from your designated address free of
charge.
One of our qualified technicians will
contact you via phone, normally within 48 hours,
informing you of the problem and providing you with a free,
no obligation quotation detailing the time and cost of the repair.
If you decide to accept our repair quotation, the repair work will be
carried out in a timely manner and your unit will be promptly
returned. We will arrange the carriage at no extra cost.
If you decide to reject our repair quotation, we will return your unit immediately and
charge you only for the cost of the carriage.
